基于云HIS的紧密型医共体药事管理信息化实践与探索

摘　　要：目的以宁波市鄞州人民医院医共体为研究对象,探讨紧密型医共体成员单位药事管理信息化改革的措施与实效,为医共体改革提供可借鉴的经验和思路。方法为医共体所有成员单位升级云HIS,改造智能化药品供应链,建立成员单位用药目录,开展处方点评和前置处方审核。结果统一了医共体成员单位慢病目录,实现成员单位、两定平台和药品经营企业数据互联互通,实现药品一键采购、入库、出库功能,降低工作量和差错率,使用统一的处方前置审核系统,实现11家成员单位同质化的处方审核管理。结论实施医共体药事管理信息化建设,是医共体管理的必然手段,也是提升医疗服务质量的关键举措,为医共体药事管理信息化建设提供了可借鉴的经验参考。Objective Taking Ningbo Yinzhou People's Hospital Medical Alliance as the research object,to explore the measures and effects of pharmaceutical management informationization reform in the members of the compact medical alliance,and to provide reference experience and ideas for the reform of the medical alliance.Methods The cloud HIS was upgraded for all member units of the medical alliance,the intelligent drug supply chain was reformed,the drug catalogue of member units was established,and prescription comment and pre-prescription audit were carried out.Results The catalogue of chronic diseases for member units of the medical alliance was unified,data interconnection among member units,two-designated platforms and pharmaceutical enterprises was achieved,one-click purchasing,warehousing and outgoing functions of medicines were realized,workload and error rate were reduced,and homogeneous prescription review and management of 11 member units was realized by using a unified prescription pre-review system.Conclusion The implementation of informatization construction of pharmaceutical management in medical alliances is an inevitable means of medical alliance management,and a key measure to improve the quality of medical services.It provides a reference for the informatization construction of pharmaceutical management in medical alliances.
