摘　　要：目的建立HLA检测一体化服务系统,为用户提供HLA检测在线数字化服务,实现从检测申请、受理、缴费、结果查询、报告下载到发票获取的闭环管理。方法依托微信小程序开发HLA检测数字化应用。通过部署信息交互服务,打通小程序与血站输血研究系统、财务系统间的信息壁垒,并建立消息通知机制。结果构建了集HLA检测申请、受理、缴费、报告发布、发票开具于一体的HLA检测闭环管理数字化系统,通过对系统运行情况的分析,发现对账结算效率、报告获取效率均有显著提高,血站与患者间的沟通次数、患者现场跑次数显著减少。结论本系统为患者申请HLA检测服务提供了便捷,切实提升了临床输血服务的精细化与智能化水平。Objective To establish an integrated service system for human leukocyte antigen(HLA)testing,and to provide online digital service for users,and realize the closed-loop management from test application,acceptance,payment,result query,report download to invoice acquisition.Methods The digital application of HLA testing was developed based on Wechat applet.Through the deployment of information interaction services,the information barriers between the applet and the blood transfusion research system and the financial system of the blood station were broken,and the message notification mechanism was established.Results A digital system for closed-loop management of HLA testing integrating HLA testing application,acceptance,payment,report release and invoicing has been constructed.Through analysis of the system operation,it is found that the efficiency of reconciliation and settlement and the efficiency of obtaining reports have been significantly improved,and the number of communications between the blood stations and the patients,and the number of patients'on-site runs have been significantly reduced.Conclusion This system provides convenience for patients to apply for HLA testing services and effectively improves the refinement and intelligence of clinical blood transfusion services.
