摘 要:以鸭绿江下游结果期月见草种群为研究对象,采用野外调查法取样实测各构件生物量,通过SPSS 20.0软件进行拟合回归和相关性分析。结果表明:月见草根、茎、叶和果实构件生物量变异系数为37.30%~42.45%,属中等变异,呈现出一定表型可塑性,其生物量与生物量分配的大小表现出一致的规律:茎>果>叶>根。月见草植株地上、地下构件以及营养、繁殖构件生物量差异显著,不同构件生物量的相关系数为0.628~0.894(P<0.01),茎分枝数和根、茎、叶生物量相关系数为0.737~0.796(P<0.01),同时,茎分枝数与果实生物量呈线性正相关。月见草植株大小随根、叶生物量以幂函数式增长,而随茎、果实生物量以线性函数式增长;其中,营养构件生物量、光合构件生物量与繁殖构件遵循明显的幂函数异速生长规律,而支持构件生物量与繁殖构件遵循线性同速生长规律,可见,月见草结果期植株存在同速和异速生长两种表型可塑性调节。This study focuses on the Oenothera biennis population in the lower reaches of the Yalu River during the fruiting periodField survey methods were employed to sample and measure the biomass of each componentThe data were then analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software for fitting regression and correlation analysisThe results show that the variation coefficient of component biomass of the root,stem,leaf and fruit in Oenothera biennis ranges from 37.30%to 42.45%,indicating moderate variation and a certain degree of phenotypic plasticityThe biomass and its allocation follow a consistent pattern:stem>fruit>leaf>rootThere are significant differences in the biomass of the aboveground and underground components,as well as the vegetative and reproductive components of Oenothera biennis plantsThe correlation coefficients of the biomass of different components range from 0.628 to 0.894(P<0.01)The correlation coefficients between the number of stem branches and the biomass of the root,stem,and leaf are between 0.737 and 0.796(P<0.01)Moreover,the number of stem branches is linearly and positively correlated with the biomass of the fruitThe size of the Oenothera biennis plants increases with the biomass of the root and leaf in a power function manner,and with stem and fruit biomass in a linear patternThe vegetative and photosynthetic component biomass follows a clear power functin and allometry pattern with the sexual reproductive components,while the supporting components and sexual reproductive components follow a linear isogony patternIt is evident that during the fruiting period,the Oenothera biennis plants exhibit phenotypic plasticity adjustments through both isometric and allometric growth.
