摘  要:为保证多路并联断路器开断的快速性和同步性,提出了一种并联驱动型电磁斥力机构并针对该结构的应力分布特性和优化方法进行研究。首先,建立机构有限元模型,通过仿真分析应力分布特性,发现该结构具有2个应力集中区域。然后,提取机构洛伦兹力分布特性参数k,理论推导了k与线圈匝数、尺寸参数的解析形式并结合仿真计算获取了其解析式,研究了k值对机构最大应力的影响,发现存在较优k值使得机构最大应力较小。最后,对机构1/6模型进行受力分析,提出在径向力平衡时机构应力较小的结论,给出了径向力平衡时k值解析计算方法,对比不同结构仿真和解析计算下应力较优的k值验证了分析的正确性。结合k的解析关系和径向力平衡的k值计算方法可调整参数优化机构应力,该方法可用于并联驱动型电磁斥力机构参数设计。To ensure the rapidity and synchronization of multiple parallel circuit breakers,a parallel drive electromagnetic repulsion mechanism is proposed.Its stress distribution characteristics and optimization methods are studied.Firstly,the finite element model of the mechanism is established,and the stress distribution characteristics are analyzed by simulation,and it is found that the structure has two stress concentration areas.Then,the characteristic parameter k of the Lorentz force distribution of the mechanism is extracted,and the analytical form of k with the dimension parameter and the num-ber of turns of the coil is theoretically deduced.The analytical form is obtained through simulation calculations,and the effect of k value on the maximum stress of the mechanism is investigated.It is found that there exists a better k value which makes the maximum stress of the mechanism smaller.Finally,the 1/6 model of the mechanism is analyzed,and it is concluded that the stress of the mechanism is smaller in radial force equilibrium.Moreover,the analytical calculation method of k value in radial force equilibrium is given,and it is verified that the analysis is correct by comparing the better k value of the stress under different structural simulations and analytical calculations.Combined the analytical relation-ship of k and the calculation method of k value in radial force equilibrium,the parameters can be adjusted to optimize the stress of the mechanism,and the method can be used to design the parameters of electromagnetic repulsion mechanism with parallel drive.
