住院药房自动化和信息化建设的模式研究

摘　　要：随着自动化与信息化技术的发展,住院药房逐渐运用信息技术,对药品调配进行自动化改造,从而提高药房药品分送效率,降低从业人员劳动强度,提高药品管理效率。文章主要阐述住院药房自动化与信息化建设必要性,分析其所具有的优势,提出住院药房自动化与信息化建设的具体模式,希望提高药品管理与服务水平,打造高效用药管理体系,使药房从业人员从繁重枯燥的工作中解脱出来,营造和谐医患关系。With the development of automation and information technology,inpatient pharmacies are increasingly adopting these technologies to automate drug dispensing,thereby enhancing the efficiency of drug distribution,reducing the labor intensity of staff,and improving overall drug management efficiency.This paper elaborates on the necessity and advantages of automation and information construction in inpatient pharmacies,proposing specific models for their implementation.By doing so,it aims to enhance drug management and service levels,establish an efficient medication management system,alleviate the arduous and monotonous tasks faced by pharmacy employees,and foster a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
