摘　　要：电子文件单套制归档是未来档案管理的趋势。通过SWOT视角全面梳理巨灾防范工程项目电子文件采用单套制归档的优势、劣势,以及面临的外部机会和威胁因素,综合分析提出有效策略,以期为防震减灾事业中地震档案电子文件单套制归档提供新的思路,助力地震档案信息化发展。Single-set method of electronic documents is the trend of archives management in the future.Through the SWOT method,the advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threat factors of the single-set method of catastrophe prevention projects are comprehensively sorted out,and effective strategies are put forward through comprehensive analysis,so as to provide new ideas for the single-set method of earthquake archives in the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,and to help the development of earthquake archives informatization.
