摘　　要：元数据方案是开展人身险保险业务档案单套制归档的基础工作,是推动企业数字档案馆(室)建设的基本前提。基于人身险保险公司业务实践,从文件实体、机构人员实体、业务实体、管理过程、实体关系、权限管理等维度构建符合业务应用的元数据方案,并通过实际应用检验方案的科学性、可行性、规范性,为人身险保险业务档案电子档案管理提供参考借鉴。The metadata scheme is fundamental to implementing single-set archiving for life insurance business records and serves as a basic prerequisite for advancing the construction of enterprise digital archives.Based on the business practices of life insurance companies,this study constructs a metadata scheme from multiple dimensions including record entities,organizational and personnel entities,business entities,management processes,entity relationships,and access control.The scientific validity,feasibility,and standardization of the proposed scheme are examined through practical applications.This research provides valuable insights and references for managing electronic records in life insurance business archives.
