摘 要:患者就医过程中,在人工窗口排队缴费时间较长,给患者造成了不便。医院打造智慧医保服务体系,实现医保业务智能化,医保电子凭证作为患者身份认证标识,患者无须携带实体卡,实现线上线下同步的医保脱卡支付和就医全流程。医保电子凭证在医院的推广应用,真正落实了患者实名就医,有效解决了患者看病难的问题,提高了就医服务质量和个人信息安全,对便民惠民服务具有重要意义。During the medical treatment process,patients often face long queues at manual payment windows,leading to significant inconvenience.To address this issue,hospitals are developing a smart medical insurance service system aimed at enhancing the efficiency of medical insurance operations.By using electronic medical insurance certificates as patient identification markers,patients no longer need to carry physical cards,enabling seamless integration of online and offline services for medical insurance payments and the entire healthcare process.The implementation and promotion of electronic medical insurance certificates in hospitals have facilitated real-name-based medical treatments,effectively addressing the challenges patients face when seeking medical care.This approach improves the quality of healthcare services and enhances personal information security,significantly contributing to more convenient and beneficial services for the public.
