摘  要:钛及其合金因具有优异的力学性能和生物相容性,被广泛应用于生物医用领域,但钛及其合金本身缺乏抗菌能力。为了提高钛合金的抗菌性,改变其表面的结构和成分是一种有效途径。采用阳极氧化法在Ti6Al4V表面制备TiO2纳米管(titanium dioxide nanotube,TN),在TN表面接枝聚甲基丙烯酸磺基甜菜碱(poly sulfobetaine methacrylate,PSBMA),通过水热法在PSBMA-TN表面合成负载环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin,CIP)的沸石咪唑酸框架-8(zeolitic imidazolate framework-8,ZIF-8),制备了具有酸碱响应性能的抗菌涂层CIP@ZIF-8/PSBMA-TN(简写为.CZPT),通过润湿性测试和抗菌性测试对涂层的性能进行评估。结果表明:Ti6Al4V与水的接触角为71.50°,CZPT与水的接触角为14.20°,CZPT的亲水性显著提高;CZPT涂层对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别达到96%和65%,表现出良好的抗菌性。Titanium and its alloys are widely used in the biomedical field due to their excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility.However,titanium and its alloys lack antibacterial capabilities.In order to enhance the antibacterial properties of titanium alloys,altering the surface structure and composition is an effective approach.Titanium dioxide nanotube(TN)on the surface of Ti6Al4V was prepared by anodization method,followed by grafting poly sulfobetaine methacrylate(PSBMA)onto TN surfaces.Zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)loaded with ciprofloxacin(CIP)was synthesized on PSBMA-TN surfaces using a hydrothermal method to form a antibacterial coating of CIP@ZIF-8/PSBMA-TN(CZPT)with pH responsive properties.The performance of the coatings was evaluated through wettability tests and antibacterial tests.The results showed that the contact angle of Ti6Al4V with water was 71.50°,while the contact angle of CZPT with water was 14.20°,indicating significantly improved hydrophilicity.CZPT coating exhibited good antimicrobial properties with bacteriostatic rates of 96%and 65%against e.coli and staphylococcus aureus,respectively.
