摘 要:聚丙烯腈薄膜具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性及力学性能,在渗透蒸发、水处理、酶固定化和血液透析等领域得到广泛应用。近年来,聚丙烯腈薄膜的研究主要集中在制备、结构控制及在各领域的应用方面,并取得了诸多新发展。聚丙烯腈薄膜的制备一般通过诱导相分离来实现。根据相分离方式进行分类,主要有非溶剂诱导相分离、蒸发诱导相分离、气相诱导相分离和热诱导相分离。不同的制备方法及工艺流程会导致薄膜的结构和性能不同。分别介绍了各种薄膜制备方法的工艺流程、薄膜结构和应用,总结分析了不同方法的优缺点,以期为聚丙烯腈薄膜的制备提供参考。Polyacrylonitrile films have good thermal stability,chemical stability and mechanical properties,and have been widely used in pervaporization,water treatment,enzyme immobilization and hemodialysis.In recent years,the research of polyacrylonitrile films mainly focuses on the preparation,structure control and application in various fields,and has made many new developments.The most common method for producing polyacrylonitrile films is the induced phase separation,which includes non-solvent induced phase separation,evaporation induced phase separation,vapor inducedphase separation,and thermally induced phase separation.The various preparation methods and processes result in different structures and properties of the films.The process flows of various film preparation methods,film structure,and application were presented.Their respective advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were summarized and analysed,in order to provide a helpful reference for the preparation of polyacrylonitrile films.
