底泥原位固化过程中N、P及重金属形态变化研究

摘  要:为研究固化底泥中重金属和N、P的形态变化情况,以崇明某疏浚河道底泥为研究对象,用原位生态修复(in-situ ecological remediation,ISER)固化剂和动物蛋白发泡剂制作固化海绵土,研究了不同固化剂配比对固化海绵土抗压强度的影响,分析了固化后重金属浸出情况、固化前后相关重金属以及N、P形态的变化。结果表明:固化海绵土抗压强度随固化剂的添加量的增加而增强,含质量分数15%固化剂的固化海绵土28 d凝期时抗压强度为1.30 MPa;含质量分数15%和20%固化剂的固化海绵土中重金属Pb、Cu、Cd浸出量均符合建设的无害化标准。形.态分析显示重金属的迁移性能降低。28 d凝期时底泥中总P平均质量比为497.65 mg/kg,无机P质量分数从91.3%上升至98.4%,其中Ca-P质量分数从84.1%上升至99.3%,有机P质量比从50.25 mg/kg下降至13.44 mg/kg,Fe-Al/P质量比从63.74 mg/kg下降至18.22 mg/kg。28 d凝期时底泥的离子可交换态N、弱酸可浸取态N、强碱可浸取态N、强氧化剂可浸取态N质量比分别从218.64、54.45、30.28、387.32 mg/kg下降至62.42、25.68、19.12、101.88 mg/kg。In order to study the form changes of heavy metals,N and P in the solidified sediment,the sediment of a dredged channel in Chongming was taken as the research object,and the solidified sponge soil was prepared with in-situ ecological remediation(ISER)curing agent and animal protein foaming agent.The influences of different curing agent ratio on the compressive strength of the solidified sponge soil,the leaching of heavy metals after curing,forms changes of related heavy metals,N and P of sediment before and after curing were studied.The results showed that the compressive strength of solidified sponge soil increases with the addition of curing agent,and the compressive strength of solidified sponge soil with 15%mass fraction of curing agent was 1.30 MPa at the 28 d curing period.The leaching amounts of heavy metals Pb,Cu and Cd in the solidified sponge solis with 15%and 20%mass fractions of curing agent were in line with the harmless standards of construction.Forms analysis showed that the migration ability of heavy metals decreased.The average mass ratio of total P in the sediment was 497.65 mg/kg,the mass fraction of inorganic P increased from 91.3%to 98.4%,the mass fraction of Ca-P increased from 84.1%to 99.3%,the mass ratio of organic P decreased from 50.25 mg/kg to 13.44 mg/kg,and the mass ratio of Fe-Al/P decreased from 63.74 mg/kg to 18.22 mg/kg at the 28 d curing period.The mass ratios of the ion exchangeable N,the leachable N of weak acid,the leachable N of strong alkali,and the leachable N of strong oxidizer decreased from 218.64,54.45,30.28 and 387.32 mg/kg to 62.42,25.68,19.12 and 101.88 mg/kg,respectively at the 28 d curing period.
