摘  要:随着石墨粉的应用领域不断拓宽,对石墨粉的纯度要求也越来越高,石墨粉纯度越高,使用价值越高,如何提高石墨粉的纯度也随之成为一个重要的课题。将DMAIC模型应用于石墨粉纯化工艺过程,通过统计过程控制SPC、因果关系分析的方法,提高石墨粉的纯度。With the development of the application field of graphite powder,the purity requirement of graphite powder is becoming higher and higher.The higher the purity of graphite powder,the higher the use value,how to improve the purity of graphite powder has become an important issue.DMAIC model is applied to the purification process of high purity graphite powder.The purity of graphite powder is improved by means of statistical process control SPC and causality analysis.
