摘　　要：本文从完整性、先进性和安全性三个维度分析我国产业体系韧性和安全水平的现状和问题,提出“十五五”期间巩固提升我国产业体系韧性和安全水平的战略举措,指出不仅要通过优化产业结构、强化产业链协同、巩固产业体系的完整性,更要通过加大研发力度,构建高效创新体系、聚焦前沿科技领域、突破关键技术瓶颈,推动产业智能化绿色化转型。构建多元化供应链体系并加强关键核心技术攻关,这是我们应对外部风险、确保产业体系自主可控的坚实保障。This paper analyzes the current status and challenges of the resilience and security level of China's industrial system from three dimensions:completeness,advancement,and security.It proposes strategic measures to consolidate and enhance the resilience and security of China's industrial system during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.The paper emphasizes that it is essential not only to optimize the industrial structure,strengthen industrial chain collaboration,and consolidate the completeness of the industrial system but also to increase research and development efforts,build an efficient innovation system,focus on cutting-edge technological fields,and break through key technological bottlenecks to promote the intelligent and green transformation of industries.Additionally,constructing a diversified supply chain system and strengthening the advancement of key core technologies are crucial measures to address external risks and ensure the independent controllability of the industrial system.
