数实融合发展对劳动力空间流动的影响研究

摘　　要：数字经济与实体经济深度融合可以推进以人为核心的新型城镇化建设,实现劳动力更加自由地流动,从而推动城乡融合发展。文章测算了中国2011—2021年286个地级市数实融合指数,并与2012—2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据和2020—2023年百度迁徙大数据相结合,基于条件Logit模型和引力模型实证研究数实融合发展对劳动力空间流动的影响。结果发现,城市数实融合发展水平提高会吸引劳动力流入。机制分析表明,数实融合是通过增加就业、创业机会以及提高收入水平吸引劳动力流入。异质性分析表明,受教育水平高、女性、具有农村户口以及年轻个体受到数实融合影响的边际效应更大;相较于跨省流动,数实融合对省内跨市流动的劳动力影响更大;超大、特大城市和内陆城市数实融合发展水平对劳动力流动的吸引力度更强。本文为数字化转型背景下如何促进劳动力高质量充分就业、提高劳动力收入以及实现劳动力更加自由地流动提供了新思路。The deep integration of digital economy and real economy can promote the construction of new urbanization with people as the core,and accelerate the integration of urban and rural development.This paper uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure integration index of digital economy and real economy,and combines it with the national dynamic monitoring survey data of floating population and Baidu migration big data.Based on the conditional logit model and gravity model,this paper explores the impact of the development of integration of digital economy and real economy on labor flow from the micro and macro levels respectively.The results show that the improvement of the level of urban integration of digital economy and real economy development will attract labor inflow.The mechanism analysis shows that the integration of digital economy and real economy affects labor mobility by providing employment opportunities for workers and increasing income levels.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the marginal effect of high education level and young individuals affected by the integration of digital economy and real economy is greater;The development level of the integration of digital economy and real economy in mega cities and urban areas has stronger attraction to labor mobility.This paper provides new ideas on how to promote high-quality and full employment of workers,improve the income of workers and achieve more free flow of labor under the background of digital transformation.
