摘　　要：在快速城市化时期,城市建筑屋顶空间是长期被忽视的重要空间资源。在城市步入高质量发展和精细化治理的新时代,建筑屋顶空间的价值日益凸显。文章以“深圳市城市第六立面提升专项行动”的试点工作经验为基础,构建了“总体规划—详细规划—设计建设—实施管理”多层级规划设计指引体系,以指引深圳市“共享屋顶”建设。初步探索了高密度城市在空间资源紧约束条件下建筑屋顶空间活化改造的范式,以及建设“共享屋顶”的规划设计方法和实施管理机制,以期为国内其他城市开发利用建筑屋顶存量资源、建设“共享屋顶”提供参考。During rapid urbanization,building rooftops-critical spatial resources in cities-have long been overlooked.However,as cities enter a new era of high-quality development and sophisticated governance,these rooftop spaces become increasingly prominent for their potential.This paper proposes a multi-layered system of planning and design guides of“master planning-specific planning-design and construction-implementation and governance”for building the city’s“Shared Roofs”,based on the pilot experience of the“Shenzhen’s Sixth Facade Enhancement Initiative”.This paper preliminarily explores a paradigm for retrofitting and activating rooftop spaces in high-density cities,where spatial resources are limited.It also examines planning and design methods,as well as implementation mechanisms,for developing shared roofs.It aims to provide references for other domestic cities to develop and utilize the stock resources of rooftops to build shared roofs.
