摘　　要：经过三四十年的快速发展,中国城市建设进入了新阶段。与此同时,建筑行业也从高峰期逐渐回落,市场对建筑人才和基础设施投资的需求骤减。行业发展和学科建设走到了关键的十字路口。文章是对佛罗里达大学彭仲仁教授的访谈,内容涉及如何理性看待建筑行业的发展周期规律与趋势预判、人工智能与行业的结合,以及建筑教育体系的创新探索。旨在为中国城乡建设行业和教育发展提供启示。After three to four decades of rapid urban construction in China,the industry is now experiencing a significant shift from its peak to a trough.This transition is marked by a decline in the demand for construction personnel and a reduction in investment needs.The future development of the industry and its related disciplines has reached a critical crossroads.This article presents an interview with Professor Peng Zhongren of the University of Florida.It explores how to rationally understand the development cycle and trend predictions of the construction industry,the integration of AI and the industry,and innovations in education within the architecture,planning and construction education system.It aims to provide insights for the development of China’s urban and rural construction industry and education.
