摘  要:重点介绍了柑橘果实皱皮、裂果、浮皮等生理病害发生时细胞壁的多糖代谢、形态结构变化及果皮特性的变化特点,以及果皮细胞的细胞壁微观结构、细胞壁代谢、相关基因表达与果皮生理性病害之间的关系研究进展,旨在为柑橘果皮生理性病害防治技术研发提供方向,为后续深入研究细胞壁代谢的分子机制提供理论依据。In this article,the characteristics of changes in the polysaccharide metabolism,morphological structure and peel properties of cell walls were introduced when physiological diseases such as fruit wrinkling,fruit cracking and fruit puffing occur in citrus fruits,as well as the research progress on the relationship between the microscopic structure of cell walls of peel cells,cell wall metabolism,related gene expression and physiological diseases of the peel.The aim is to provide a direction for the research and development of prevention and control technologies for physiological diseases of citrus peels and to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent in-depth study of the molecular mechanisms of cell wall metabolism.
