摘 要:本文以浙江省集成电路产业链为代表,利用区位商方法计算产业链集聚度,测算得出浙江省在2018—2023年期间大于2;用动态偏离份额法(Shift-Share Method)计算产业链三个重要细分环节(设计业、制造业、封测业)的结构集聚趋势,发现浙江集成电路产业链中设计业、制造业贡献份额较大,竞争力明显。浙江集成电路产业链在生态构成、空间布局、产业主体、政策环境方面有强劲的集聚优势,但短板共存,建议在产业基础能力提升、融资环境优化、育才留才等方面进一步提升产业链的集聚度。This paper examines the integrated circuit(IC) industry chain in Zhejiang Province,utilizing the location quotient(LQ) method to calculate the agglomeration degree of the industry chain.The results indicate that from 2018 to 2023,LQ consistently exceeded 2,highlighting a significant concentration of the IC industry in the region.Shift-Share Method is also employed to evaluate the agglomeration trends of three critical segments within the IC industry chain:design,manufacturing,and packaging and testing.The analysis reveals that the design industry and manufacturing industry in Zhejiang IC industry chain contribute a large share and have obvious competitiveness,however,there are many disadvantages.It is suggested that the agglomeration degree of industrial chain should be further improved in the aspects of improving industrial basic ability,optimizing financing environment and cultivating talents.
