摘　　要：发展新质生产力具有本体、价值、路径三重维度。从本体维度看,“新质生产力”具有起点在“新”,关键在“质”,落脚在“生产力”的丰富内涵;从价值维度看,“新质生产力”的提出对我国经济发展实践与理论创新具有重要意义;从路径维度看,发展新质生产力是一项系统性工程,关键是依靠科技创新。在百年未有之大变局的时代背景之下,探赜发展新质生产力的三重维度,为加快推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业指明了方向。Developing new quality productivity has three dimensions:ontology,value and path.From the ontological dimension,“new quality productivity” has rich connotations,starting from “innovation”,the key lies in “quality” and ending in “productivity”;From the perspective of value,the proposal of “new quality productivity” is of great significance to China's economic development practice and theoretical innovation;From the perspective of path,developing new quality productivity is a systematic project,and the key is to rely on scientific and technological innovation.Under the background of great changes in the past century,exploring the three dimensions of developing new quality productive forces has pointed out the direction for accelerating the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
