摘　　要：水利工程是国家基础设施建设的重要组成部分,对水安全、水生态等方面具有重大作用,为经济发展和社会进步做出了贡献。然而,在水利工程建设过程中,征地移民问题一直是一个难题。以宿迁市西民便河治理工程为例,探讨了水利工程征地移民专项相关设计工作及存在问题,并提出了改进建议,为中小河流项目征迁工作提供参考,促进水利工程建设的可持续发展。Water conservancy engineering is an important component of national infrastructure construction,playing a significant role in water safety,water ecology,and other aspects,and contributing to economic development and social progress.However,in the process of water conservancy engineering construction,the issue of land acquisition and resettlement has always been a difficult problem.Taking Ximinbian River Treatment Project in Suqian City as an example,this paper explores the design work and existing problems related to land acquisition and resettlement for water conservancy projects,and puts forward improvement suggestions.It provides reference for the relocation work of small and medium-sized river projects and promotes the sustainable development of water conservancy engineering construction.
