摘　　要：为客观评价酒泉市瓜州县水资源承载状况,以《甘肃省第三次水资源调查评价报告》和《敦煌水资源合理利用与生态保护综合规划》中的水资源现状、开发利用程度、水资源量等数据为依托,根据《建立全国水资源承载能力监测预警机制技术大纲》中的评价方法,构建了包括水量、水质2个要素及4项指标的水资源承载能力评价体系,并结合瓜州县水资源情况制定了符合本县的评价方法,得出了评价结论,分析了超载原因及发展趋势。To objectively evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Guazhou County in Jiuquan City,this study establishes an evaluation system comprising two key elements(water quantity and quality)and four indicators.Based on data from the Third Gansu Provincial Water Resources Survey and Evaluation Report and the Comprehensive Plan for Rational Utilization of Dunhuang Water Resources and Ecological Protection,including current water resources status,utilization levels,and water resource volumes,the research adopts the evaluation methodology outlined in the Technical Outline for Establishing a National Water Resources Carrying Capacity Monitoring and Early Warning Mechanism.Tailoring the evaluation approach to Guazhou's specific hydrological conditions,the paper concludes with assessment findings,analyzes causes of overexploitation,and projects future development trends.
