摘　　要：围绕新疆地区的水资源现状进行评价,探讨了水资源规划平衡的相关问题。通过对新疆地区的水资源现状进行深入分析,可以发现,新疆地区的水资源总量非常有限,地表水和地下水资源分布也非常不均衡。另外,水资源的利用率也相对较低,存在着浪费和滥用的情况。因此,为了保障新疆地区的经济社会发展和生态环境安全,应该采取一系列的水资源规划措施。还从不同的角度探讨了如何实现水资源的规划平衡,提出了一些建设性的建议。This paper evaluates the current situation of water resources in Xinjiang region and explores the relevant issues of water resource planning balance.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of water resources in Xinjiang,it was found that the total amount of water resources in Xinjiang is very limited,and the distribution of surface water and groundwater resources is also very uneven.In addition,the utilization rate of water resources is relatively low,and there is a situation of waste and abuse.Therefore,in order to ensure the economic and social development and ecological environment security of Xinjiang region,a series of water resources planning measures should be taken.The paper also explores how to achieve planning balance of water resources from different perspectives and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
