摘 要:深长斜井软岩隧道施工环境限制加上地质条件复杂,为提高隧洞初支变形数据监测效率,解决传统监测数据量少、可视化程度低、数据利用率低等问题,将三维激光扫描技术应用到深长斜井变形监测中,采用三维点云处理软件GeomagicStudio处理实际断面点云轮廓与隧道设计轮廓数据对比分析其变形情况。三维激光扫描仪采样率高,能够较精确、快速地反映隧道真实、复杂的状况,并与全站仪等传统监测仪器监测的数据在量值与趋势上进行对比论证,结果表明监测成果基本一致,能为确定隧道变形量级、安全施工评价,优化隧道支护体系提供了数据支持。Due to the limited construction environment and complex geological conditions of the deep and long inclined shaft soft rock tunnel,in order to improve the efficiency of monitoring the initial support deformation data of the tunnel,solve the problems of small amount of traditional monitoring data,low visualization level,and low data utilization rate,3D laser scanning technology is applied to the deformation monitoring of the deep and long inclined shaft.3D point cloud processing software Geomagic Studio is used to process the actual section point cloud contour and compare it with the tunnel design contour data to analyze its deformation situation.3D laser scanner has a high sampling rate and can accurately and quickly reflect the real and complex conditions of the tunnel.It is compared and demonstrated with traditional monitoring instruments such as total stations in terms of measurement and trend.The results show that the monitoring results are basically consistent,which can provide data support for determining the deformation level of the tunnel,evaluating safety construction,and optimizing the tunnel support system.
