摘  要:大华桥水电站工程混凝土采用的是灰岩人工砂,受原材料本身性能及长距离运输等因素影响,常态砂含粉量偏高、用水量偏大。为确保清水混凝土施工质量,开展了大量配合比试验,配置出了高含粉清水混凝土配合比,通过从模板、明缝与禅缝设计、阴角处理、混凝土浇筑等施工技术细节的分析与控制,大华桥清水混凝土施工部位成为整个工程质量的亮点之一。The concrete used inDahuaqiao Hydropower Station Project employs limestone manufactured sand.Affected by the inherent properties of raw materials and long-distance transportation,the conventional sand exhibits elevated fines content and increased water demand.To ensure the construction quality of architectural concrete,extensive mix proportion trials were conducted to develop a high-fines-content architectural concrete mix.Through meticulous analysis and control of construction technical details including formwork design,visible joint and Zen joint arrangements,internal corner treatments,and concrete pouring procedures,the architectural concrete components at Dahuaqiao have become one of the quality highlights of the entire project.
