摘　　要：滇中引水二期配套工程是发挥供水效益不可或缺的重要组成部分,针对性地解决施工过程中存在的问题,强化资源配置,优化施工组织,在保障工程质量安全的前提下,全面提速。滇中引水二期配套工程是滇中引水工程发挥供水效益不可或缺的重要组成部分,可有效缓解滇中地区的水资源供需矛盾,改善河道和高原湖泊的生态环境状况,从根本上解决滇中地区水资源空间分配不均的难题。Yunnan Central Water Diversion Phase II Supporting Project is an essential component in maximizing water supply efficiency.It aims to address the problems encountered during the construction process,strengthen resource allocation,optimize construction organization,and comprehensively accelerate speed while ensuring project quality and safety.Yunnan Central Water Diversion Phase II Supporting Project is an indispensable part of Yunnan Central Water Diversion Project to achieve water supply benefits.It can effectively alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand in the central Yunnan region,improve the ecological environment of rivers and plateau lakes,and fundamentally solve the problem of uneven spatial distribution of water resources in the central Yunnan region.
