摘  要:立式水轮发电机组推力轴承以及导轴承,在机组运行过程中出现油雾现象,是一种较为普遍的现象,轴承油雾给机组稳定运行带来巨大的安全隐患和危害。土卡河电站3号机组上导轴承存在着严重的内甩油现象,通过对内甩油原因的分析查找,采取相应措施进行处理,彻底解决上导内甩油问题。The occurrence of oil mist in the thrust bearings and guide bearings of vertical hydroelectric generator units during operation is a common phenomenon.Bearing oil mist can pose significant safety hazards and hazards to the stable operation of the unit.There is a serious internal oil spillage phenomenon in the upper guide bearing of Unit 3 of Tuka River Power Station.Through analysis and investigation of the cause of internal oil spillage,corresponding measures have been taken to completely solve the problem of internal oil spillage in the upper guide.
