摘  要:对某供电局2012至2019年的损坏的电源模块进行统计分析,得到相关数据,总结出损坏的规律特征。介绍了电源模块工作原理,从模块的电子元器件质量、现场运行环境及温度、运行时限、直流电源质量及过电压等方面进行了深入分析,得出模块损坏的主要原因为模块电子元器件制造质量低劣、运行环境温度太高、运行时限过长、直流电源纹波电流较大以及过电压等,并针对分析结论提出了相应的运维措施。Thepaper conducts statistical analysis on the damaged power modules of a certain power supply bureau from 2012 to 2019,obtains relevant data,and summarizes the characteristics of the damage patterns.It introduces the working principle of the power module and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of electronic component quality,on-site operating environment and temperature,operating time limit,DC power quality,and overvoltage.It concludes that the main reasons for module damage are poor manufacturing quality of electronic components,high operating environment temperature,long operating time limit,large DC power ripple current,and overvoltage.Corresponding operation and maintenance measures are proposed based on the analysis conclusions.
