以提升班组凝聚力为目标的创新创效工作研究实践

摘　　要：采用创新创效工作方法,通过实践研究,得出了班组凝聚力提升的有效途径和方法。从提高班组成员的自我认知和自我发展、增强班组成员的互信和互动、增强班组成员的自我激励和自我管理能力、建立机制化的班组凝聚力4个方面提出了提升班组凝聚力的促进机制。从领导力、班组文化氛围、技术手段3方面入手,提出了提升班组凝聚力的有效方法。为企业提升班组凝聚力和促进员工发展提供了一定的参考。This article adopts innovative and efficient work methods,and through practical research,identifies effective ways and methods to enhance team cohesion.It proposes a promotion mechanism to enhance team cohesion from four aspects:improving the self-awareness and self-development of team members,enhancing mutual trust and interaction among team members,strengthening the self motivation and self-management abilities of team members,and establishing a institutionalized team cohesion.It also proposes effective methods to enhance team cohesion from three aspects:leadership,team culture atmosphere,and technical means.This provides a certain reference for enterprises to enhance team cohesion and promote employee development.
