摘  要:目前水电站水管路传统的防结露方式采用橡塑海绵包裹方式,存在拆装不方便、防结露效果不佳等问题。市场上目前普遍使用的防结露涂料效果不佳,未彻底解决管路表面结露问题。介绍了糯扎渡电站水管路结露问题研究,以及采取的治理方法,重点介绍了隔热防结露涂料的研发设计、试验验证,防腐隔热防结露涂层配套方案及实际应用,以及隔热防结露涂料施工关键控制点,为有效解决水电站水管路表面结露问题提供了实践经验。At present,the traditional anti-condensation method for water pipelines in hydropower stations uses rubber sponge wrapping,which has problems such as inconvenient disassembly and poor anti condensation effect.The anti-condensation coatings commonly used in the market are ineffective and have not completely solved the problem of condensation on the surface of pipelines.This article introduces the research on condensation in the water pipeline of Nuozhadu Power Station and the treatment methods adopted.It focuses on the research and development,design,and experimental verification of insulation and anti condensation coatings,the matching scheme and practical application of anti-corrosion,insulation,and anti condensation coatings,as well as the key control points for the construction of insulation and anti condensation coatings,providing practical experience for effectively solving the problem of condensation on the surface of water pipelines in hydropower stations.
