“硇”字形来源及其异体字际关系研究

摘　　要：硇砂,是南北朝时期传入中原的一种卤盐类矿物,被广泛应用于医学与手工业加工中。对于硇砂一词中“硇”字的来源历来众说纷纭,但传统研究成果大多集中于对该词外来语性质的语源分析层面,鲜有人对“硇”的汉字字形来源展开讨论。本文通过考察南北朝以来的写本与碑刻文献,运用字形分析对“硇”字进行溯源,并结合音韵学证据认为“硇”字形源于“禸”,同时结合传世文献厘清了“硇”字常见诸异体俗写之间的字际关系,还原了“硇”字产生以后的字形演化历程,为这一矿物流传中国的历史提供了文字学角度的解读。Sal-ammoniac is a kind of halogen mineral introduced into the Central Plains during the Northern and Southern Dynasties,which is widely used in medical and handicraft processing.There have always been different opinions on the source of the word“Nao(硇)”in the word“Nao Sha”(硇砂).However,most of the traditional research results focus on the etymological analysis of the nature of the loanwords,and few people discuss the source of the Chinese character“Nao(硇)”.By investigating the manuscripts and inscriptions since the Northern and Southern Dynasties,this paper uses font analysis to trace the origin of the word“Nao(硇)”,and believes that the font of“Nao(硇)”originates from“Rou(禸)”in combination with phonological evidence.At the same time,combined with the handed down literature,it clarifies the relationship among the common variants of“Nao(硇)”,restores the font evolution process after the generation of“Nao(硇)”,and provides a philological perspective for the history of this mineral spreading in China.
