摘　　要：契约文书文献数量庞大,类型丰富,极具研究价值。当前,随着数字人文的深化发展,特别是YOLO网络的发展,可为民间手书文字的智能识录提供技术支持。文章以西北地区契约文书为例,提出基于YOLO网络的民间手书文字智能识别方法,旨在解决民间手写契约文书文字识别的重要难题,例如针对不同样式契约中出现的各种俗体字、残缺字、模糊字等特殊字形的智能识别,其识别准确率达90%以上,极大提高了契约文书文字的转录效率。在此基础上,进一步为构建明代至民国西北地区契约文书数据库奠定了坚实的技术基础。The number of contract documents is huge,with a variety of types and great research value.Currently,with the deepening development of digital humanities,especially the advancement of YOLO network,technical support can be provided for the intelligent recognition of handwritten texts in folk contracts.This paper,taking the contractual documents from the Northwestern region as a case study,proposes a method of intelligent recognition of folk handwritten texts based on the YOLO network.This aims to tackle the critical challenge of recognizing handwritten texts in folk contracts,such as the intelligent recognition of various colloquial characters,incomplete characters,and blurred characters appearing in contracts of different styles,achieving an accuracy rate of over 90%,significantly enhancing the transcription efficiency of contractual document texts.On this basis,it further lays a solid technical foundation for constructing a database of contractual documents from the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China era in the Northwestern region.
