摘　　要：为了解美国海军陆战队具有变革意义的兵力设计工作的实施进展与初步成效,研判其变革性举措带来的能力突变,研究美国海军陆战队兵力设计工作的实施背景,剖析美国海军陆战队围绕兵力设计开发新型作战概念、打造新型未来部队、研采新式武器装备、发展新质作战能力、调整西太兵力部署等关键举措。初步研判,美国海军陆战队企图在印太地区第一、二岛链附近建立“前出-后续”双态势部队,协同实施“倚陆制海”,塑造战略机动和战术防御的互补性优势。此外,其兵力设计工作也面临诸多技术和管理风险。In order to understand the progress of the U.S.Marine Corps’force design and its initial results,respond to its capability changes brought about by its transformative measures,the background of the U.S.Marine Corps’most transformative force design are studied,and the key measures taken for that purpose are analyzed,such as developing emerging combat concepts,building new future-oriented troops,developing and purchasing new-type weapons and equipment,developing new quality combat capabilities,and adjusting the deployment of Western Pacific forces.It is preliminarily concluded that the U.S.Marine Corps is attempting to form a status near the first and second island chains in the Indo Pacific region,in which the land-based“forward and follow-up”forces can coordinate to control the sea areas,shaping complementarity between strategic mobility and tactical defense.However,the U.S.Marine Corps’force design work also faces many technical and management risks.
