摘 要:研究美军人工智能技术在发展应用过程中面临的缺乏可用军用数据、算法偏见与“黑盒”、数字基础设施建设不通用、现有采办流程不适用等困境,详细研判美军应对这些困境所采取的一系列措施,包括开放数据资源、研发新型算法、创建共享基础设施及工具等。这有助于进一步了解美军智能化装备发展进程,为相关装备建设提供参考。The development and application of artificial intelligence are on the rise,showing broad prospects in promoting scientific and technological progress,powering economic development,and driving social transformation.In this paper,the difficulties faced by the U.S.military in the development and application of artificial intelligence technology are studied,including the lack of usable military data,algorithmic bias and“black box”,poor connectivity of digital infrastructure,and inapplicability of the existing procurement processes.The series of measures taken by the U.S.military to address these difficulties are analyzed in detail,including opening up data resources,developing new algorithms,and creating shared infrastructure and tools.The conclusions of this paper can help further understand the development process of intelligent equipment in the U.S.military.
