摘 要:为了解美国国防部国防威胁降低局核技术研究领域的主要方向、任务,及其如何支撑美国核威慑情况,根据该部门2020-2025财年“研究、开发、试验与鉴定”类国防预算文件,梳理其核技术基础研究、应用研究、先期技术开发、系统开发与演示验证等4类研究活动内容和取得的主要成果及应用进展等,简要分析该部门核技术研究特点。研究认为,美国国防威胁降低局围绕核技术研究领域持续加强顶层规划、优化项目管理,紧扣核作战流程开展研究,积极利用先进工具与前沿技术,支撑战略战术决策,以保证美国有效核威慑。In order to understand the main directions and tasks in the field of nuclear technology research in Defense Threat Reduction Agency(DTRA)of the United States Department of Defense,and how it supports United States nuclear deterrence,according to the fiscal year 2020-2025 DTRA’s defense budget documents of“Research,Development,Test and Evaluation”,four kinds of research activities such as the basic research,applied research,advanced technology development,system development and demonstration of nuclear technology,the main achievements and application progress of these activities are reviewed.The characteristics of nuclear technology research in DTRA are briefly analyzed.The results show that DTRA continue to strengthen top-level planning,optimize project management,tighten the nuclear operation process,actively leverage advanced tools and cutting-edge technology to support strategic and tactical decision-making in order to ensure the effective nuclear deterrence of the United States.
