摘 要:分析美军联合全域指挥与控制发展的背景,阐述联合全域指挥与控制的概念内涵,从变革美军未来战场网络形态、作战体系架构、指挥控制模式以及战斗力生成模式4个方面,深入分析联合全域指挥与控制变革趋势,并得出几点启示。美军提出“联合全域指挥与控制”概念,意在以作战体系的变革创新来拉大与对手作战能力的差距,其通过“自上而下”与“自下而上”相结合的方式发展联合全域指挥与控制,已在短期内取得显著进展,值得持续关注。The background of U.S.military’s Joint All-Domain Command and Control(JADC2)is analyzed with an elaboration on what this concept means.The development trends of JADC2 are studied in four aspects:the future battlefield network of the U.S.military,its architecture of combat systems,its command and control mode,and its combat force generation method,and several revelations have been drawn.The U.S.military has put forth the concept of JADC2 to gain a bigger edge in combat capabilities over its rivals by reforming its combat system.The development of this system through a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches,has already made significant progress in a short period,which is worth learning from.
