摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析,全面评估纳米结构脂质载体(NLCs)领域的当前研究状况和趋势。方法使用Web of Science核心合集(WOSCC)收集2003年1-9月间与NLCs研究相关的文章和综述。对收集到的文献数据进行人工筛选。采用VOSviewer、CiteSpace和文献计量学在线分析平台进行计量学分析和可视化处理。结果识别出3312篇NLCs相关文献。国家:印度是其中贡献最多的国家。机构:埃及知识银行(EKB)是最主要机构。作者:Eliana B Souto是发表文章关于NLCs内容最多的作者。热点与前沿:乳腺癌、血脑屏障、局部递送和口服递送是该领域的主要研究方向。结论本研究总结了NLCs领域的出版物特征,明确了最具影响力的国家、机构、作者和期刊,并识别出了研究热点和趋势。这些发现为研究人员提供了对该领域研究现状的深入理解,并为未来研究方向提供了指导。Objective To evaluate the current research status and trends in the field of nanostructured lipid carriers(NLCs)based on bibliometric analysis.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)was used to collect articles and reviews related to NLCs research from January 2003 to September 2023.The collected literature data were manually screened.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,and bibliometrics online analysis platform were used for metrological analysis and visualization.Results A total of 3,312 articles related to NLCs were identified.Country:India was the biggest contributor.Institutions:Egyptian Knowledge Bank(EKB)was the leading institution.Author:Eliana B Souto was the author who had published the most articles on NLCs.Hotspots and frontiers:breast cancer,blood-brain barrier,topical delivery,and oral delivery were the main research directions in this field.Conclusions This study summarizes the characteristics of publications in the field of NLCs,identifies the most influential countries,institutions,authors,and journals,and identifies research hotspots and trends.These findings provide researchers with an in-depth understanding of the current state of research in this area and provide guidance for future research directions.
