摘　　要：临床诊疗操作的精细化、规范化管理是实现医院高质量发展的重要环节。通过对医院临床诊疗操作管理现状进行梳理,总结临床诊疗操作管理存在的问题。以闭环管理模式为基础,提出持续优化医院临床诊疗操作的管理措施及建议:建立院级操作目录并进行分类管理、对操作人员进行授权并动态调整、开展操作的质量管理、注重操作管理的信息化、操作管理应与医师绩效管理相结合。Refinement and standardisation of the management of clinical diagnostic and treatment operations is a key aspect of achieving high-quality development in hospitals.By analysing the management status quo of clinical diagnosis and treatment operations in hospitals,it combed the problems existing in this field.Based on the closed-loop management model,it proposed measures and recommendations to promote the continuous optimisation of the management of clinical diagnostic operations in hospitals.Hospitals should establish hospital-level operation catalog and conduct classified management,authorize operators and dynamically adjust them,carry out operation quality management,pay attention to information management of operation management,and combine operation management with physician performance management.
