摘　　要：全过程人民民主具有完备的制度设计,并通过完整闭环保障了人民全过程的有效参与,在制度实践化的过程中实现了党的领导、人民当家做主和依法治国的有机统一。全过程人民民主植根于中国国情,为我国治理现代化提供了新动力,是对西方民主制度的重大超越。基于此,我们要不断优化全过程人民民主制度,将其制度优势转化为治理效能,以中国式民主现代化推动中国式现代化进程。The whole process of people's democracy has a complete institutional design,and through a complete closed loop,it guarantees the effective participation of the people in the whole process.In the process of institutional practice,it realizes the organic unity of the Party's leadership,the people's autonomy,and the rule of law.The whole process of people's democracy is rooted in China's national conditions,providing new impetus for the modernization of governance in our country,and is a significant transcendence of western democratic systems.Based on this,we should continue to optimize the whole-process people's democracy system,transform its institutional advantages into governance efficiency,and promote the process of China's modernization with the modernization of China's democratic system.
