生活方式型旅游劳工移民的幸福感研究

摘　　要：生产和生活是生活方式型旅游劳工移民需要兼顾的问题,因此,本研究基于“生产-消费”二元视角和“情感事件理论”,旨在探究该群体表征为旅游生产和生活消费的社区参与和幸福感特征,以及生活满意度和地方依恋在社区参与和幸福感之间的中介作用。结果显示:(1)社区生产参与和社区生活参与均显著正向影响地方认同和生活方式依赖;(2)生活方式依赖显著正向影响生活满意度,地方认同对生活满意度无显著影响;(3)社区生产参与和社区生活参与对生活满意度均无显著直接影响,二者仅通过生活方式依赖的中介路径对生活满意度产生显著正向影响;(4)地方认同、生活方式依赖和生活满意度均显著正向影响幸福感。本研究进益于旅游移民幸福感研究,为旅游移民社区管理实践提供了理论依据。Production and life are issues that lifestyle tourism migrant workers need to take into account.Therefore,from the dual perspective of"production-consumption"and the Affective Events Theory,this study aims to explore the characteristics of community participation and well-being represented by tourism production and living consumption among this group,as well as the mediating role of life satisfaction and place attachment between community participation and well-being.The results show as follows:(1)Both community participation in production and community participation in life have the significant positive impact on place identification and lifestyle dependence.(2)Lifestyle dependence has a significant positive impact on life satisfaction while place identification has no significant impact on life satisfaction.(3)Community participation in production and community participation in life have no significant direct impact on life satisfaction,having the significant positive impact on life satisfaction only through the mediating path of lifestyle dependence.(4)Place identification,lifestyle dependence and life satisfaction all have the significant positive effects on well-being.This paper is beneficial to the study of well-being of tourism immigrants and provides a theoretical basis for the management practice of the community for tourism immigrants.
