论中国式现代化的人民性意蕴

摘　　要：人民性是中国式现代化的根本价值立场。在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的历史征程中,深刻领悟中国式现代化的人民性意蕴,对于深刻理解中国式现代化道路的真理性、科学性、道义性至关重要。作为马克思主义价值立场的彰显,人民性构成了中国式现代化道路相较于西方现代化道路的根本异质性。从逻辑基础的角度审视,中国式现代化道路显著地凸显了人民主体性的坚守,树立了人民中心论的核心立场,体现了现代化进程中人民至上原则,确立了人的现代化的本质要求。从动力引擎看,人民群众既是实现中国式现代化的历史主体,又是价值主体和实践主体。从目标指向看,中国式现代化的人民性体现在以全面发展、渐进过程、公正评价来回应人民期盼、满足人民诉求。The people-centeredness is the fundamental value of Chinese-style modernization.In achieving the second centennial goal,it is crucial for us to comprehend the people-centeredness of Chinese-style modernization,which epitomizes the truth,scientific nature,and morality of the drive.As the embodiment of the Marxist value,the people-centeredness constitutes the fundamental difference between the Chinese-style modernization and the Western one.From the perspective of logical foundation,the Chinese-style modernization highlights the people’s prominent role,the people-oriented stance,the supreme status of people,the requirement of the modernization of people.From the perspective of the mechanism,people constitute the subject in realizing the value and practice of the Chinese-style modernization.From the perspective of orientation,the people-centeredness of Chinese-style modernization is reflected in meeting the people’s needs and requirements through comprehensive development,gradual process,and fair evaluation.
