摘  要:Pipeline栓塞装置在颅内动脉瘤治疗中应用广泛,其临床有效性和安全性逐步得以证实。然而,较高的金属密度结构导致患者需长期服用抗血小板药以避免血栓栓塞并发症。Pipeline Shield是一种新型表面改性栓塞装置,通过改变材料凝血活性和促进支架内皮化,能有效降低支架内血栓风险。文章就表面改性栓塞装置Pipeline Shield治疗颅内动脉瘤的研究进展进行了综述。The Pipeline embolization device is widely used in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms,and its clinical efficacy and safety have gradually been confirmed.However,the high metal density structure requires patients to take antiplatelet drugs for a long time to avoid thromboembolic complications.Pipeline Shield is a novel surface-modified embolization device,which can effectively reduce the risk of stent thrombosis by altering the coagulation activity of the material and promoting stent endothelialization.This article reviews the research progress of surface-modified embolization device Pipeline Shield in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
