摘　　要：简述了离子膜在烧碱生产中的使用情况。通过长时间分析和对数据的统计,总结出影响离子膜运行时长的客观因素。在保障安全生产的前提下,延长离子膜使用寿命到70个月。This article briefly describes the use of ion-exchange membranes in caustic soda production.Through long-term analysis and data statistics,the objective factors that affect the operating time of ion exchange membranes are summarized.On the premise of ensuring safe production,the service life of the ion-exchange membrane is extended to 70 months.
