摘  要:针对氯气压缩机组长期连续运行中出现的问题,进行技改优化和辅助设备升级换代。加装自控装置杜绝现场操作引起的停机风险;实现润滑油回收,减少润滑油5000 L/a,同时提升巡检通道安全、洁净工作环境;优化氯气压缩单元循环回水管线、无压水池液位计、动力泵等,实现机组优质运行,同时降低动力电消耗约108万kW·h/a。通过几方面技改,提升了机组运行的安全性和持续优质运行能力,同步提升了装置生产线的新质生产力。According to the problems found in the long-term continuous operation of chlorine compress or units,technical optimization and auxiliary equipment upgrading were carried out.Automatic control device were installed to eliminate the risk of shutdown caused by on-site operation.Lubricating oil was recovered,thus reducing lubricating oil by 5000 L/a and improving the safety and clean working environment of inspection channels.The circulation return water pipeline for chlorine gas compression unit,non-pressurized pool level gauge,and power pump were optimized to achieve high-quality operation of the unit,while reducing power consumption by about 1.08 million kwh/a.Through several aspects of technical reform,the safety of unit operation and continuous high-quality operation ability were improved,and the new quality productivity of the device production line was simultaneously enhanced.
