摘　　要：英国社群档案和遗产小组是致力于促进社群档案发展的国家档案组织。通过网站调研和案例分析的方法,发现该组织主要通过发布指南资源、举办社群档案年会以及设立社群档案和遗产奖项这三个职能活动影响当地社群档案实践,具有以推动相关实践可持续发展为目标、以坚持社群的核心地位为原则、以积极开展伙伴协同关系为保障的特征,为国家档案组织支持和促进相关实践发展提供了经验。基于此,归纳总结出对我国档案工作的启示,包括坚持以人民为中心的立场、积极吸纳社会档案管理实践经验、建立广泛多元的合作关系等。The Community Archives and Heritage Group(CAHG) in the UK is a national archival organization that promotes the development of community archives.Through website research and case analysis,it could be found that CAHG mainly influences local community archives practices through three activities:publishing guideline resources,holding community archives annual conferences,and setting up community archives and heritage awards.These activities are characterized by a focus on promoting the sustainable development of related practices,adherence to the central role of the community,and the establishment of collaborative partnerships as a safeguard.These characteristics offer valuable insights into how national archival organizations can support and promote the development of community archives practices.Based on this,the implications for China could be concluded,including adhering to the people-centered position,actively absorbing practical experience of archives management from society,and establishing extensive and diverse cooperative relationships.
