摘　　要：发展新质生产力推动资本市场高质量发展,要将着力点放在强化原始创新能力,增强企业研发效率和创新质量,优化要素资源配置,积极推动资本市场投融资端动态平衡,加大对产业载体的支撑作用,引导资本坚持长期主义精神等方面,打通束缚新质生产力发展的堵点卡点,以新质生产力为引擎促进中国资本市场高质量发展。New quality productivity is the internal requirement and important focus of promoting high-quality development.At present,there is insufficient support for scientific and technological innovation to promote highquality development of the capital market with new quality productivity.The factor market system is not fully developed,and the investment and financing side of the capital market lacks the sustained nourishment of''patient capital.''In the''new era,''developing new quality productive forces is essential to driving high-quality development of the capital market.This requires placing greater emphasis on enhancing innovative capabilities,improving the efficiency and quality of enterprise research and development,and optimizing the allocation of factor resources.It also depends on the active promotion of a balance between the supply and demand sides of the capital market and enhanced support for industrial platforms.
