摘　　要：气动截止阀在工作时不能快速排出气缸活塞上端气体介质,导致活塞背受阻尼,存在阀门无法快速开启的问题。文章根据某阀门特定工况要求设计了一种气动快开截止阀,介绍了其工作原理、组成结构,阐述了其工作过程,并对该结构的密封性和快速开启时间进行校核计算和理论验证。经过验算得出,该结构可实现快速开启。The pneumatic stop valve can not quickly discharge the gas medium above the cylinder piston during operation,causing damping on the back of the piston and the problem that the valve can not be opened quickly.This paper designs a kind of pneumatic quick-opening stop valve according to the specific working conditions of a valve,introduces its working principles and structures,expounds its working process,and carries out checking calculation and theoretical verification of the sealing performance and quick-opening time of the structure.After checking,it is concluded that the structure can be opened quickly.
