摘 要:为实现煤炭安全高效开采,文章对液压支架的整体性能进行仿真分析,确定其在顶梁和掩护梁、掩护梁和尾梁的铰接处存在应力集中现象,并提出对液压支架进行结构优化。优化后,液压支架总质量整体下降0.75 t,达到轻量化设计效果,同时最大应力由536.12 MPa降至298.16 MPa,最大位移由20.10 mm降至10.29 mm,优化效果明显,有效提升了液压支架的整体承载能力。In order to realize the safe and efficient mining of coal,the overall performance of the hydraulic support is simulated and analyzed in this paper.It is determined that there is stress concentration at the hinges of the roof beam and the shield beam,the shield beam and the tail beam,and the structural optimization of the hydraulic support is proposed.After optimization,the total mass of the hydraulic support is reduced by 0.75 t,which achieves the lightweight design effect,the maximum stress is reduced from 536.12 MPa to 298.16 MPa at the same time,and the maximum displacement is reduced from 20.10 mm to 10.29 mm.The optimization effect is obvious,which effectively improves the overall bearing capacity of the hydraulic support.
