摘  要:在选煤厂里,振动筛作为一种普遍应用的分级与筛分装置,在选煤流程中至关重要,其对促进煤炭资源的综合有效利用和提升煤矿企业的经济效益起到不可或缺的作用。振动筛的筛分性能与分级脱水成效是衡量煤炭加工质量和分选效果的核心指标。鉴于此,文章针对煤炭筛选过程中所用的振动筛,深入探究其筛选模式、常见问题与改进措施等,并积极寻找有效的技术革新手段,旨在提高选煤机械的生产效率并确保其稳定运行。In the coal preparation plant,the vibrating screen,as a commonly used grading and screening device,is very important in the coal preparation process,which plays an indispensable role in promoting the comprehensive and effective utilization of coal resources and improving the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises.The screening performance and graded dewatering effect of the vibrating screen are the core indicators to measure the coal processing quality and the separation effect.In view of this,based on the vibrating screen used in the process of coal screening,this paper deeply explores its screening mode,common problems and improvement measures,and actively seeks effective technical innovation means,aiming to improve the production efficiency of coal preparation machinery and ensure its stable operation.
