摘　　要：出于地质条件、作业环境的变化及设备本身的技术限制,一体机的效能与安全性常常需要根据实际情况进行针对性的升级改造,以适应更高的生产要求和更严峻的作业环境。文章针对EBZ200M-2型外挂式掘锚护一体机进行分析,结合实际案例设计相关升级改造方案,并对改造方案进行了技术可行性分析、经济可行性分析和安全可行性分析。Due to the changes in geological conditions,working environment and the technical limitations of the equipment itself,the efficiency and safety of the integrated machine often need to be upgraded and modified according to the actual conditions,so as to adapt to higher production requirements and more severe working environment.This paper analyzes the EBZ200M-2 external-mounted tunneling-anchoring-supporting integrated machine,designs the relevant upgrading and modification scheme in combination with the actual case,and carries out the technical feasibility analysis,economic feasibility analysis and safety feasibility analysis of the modification scheme.
