摘 要:在煤炭开采领域,厚煤层资源的有效开采对行业发展至关重要,其中厚煤层综采技术因其能实现安全、高效开采而备受青睐。在综采过程中,仰采角的设置受煤层赋存条件、开采设备等多种因素影响,对顶煤的分布、受力状态和放出效果产生显著作用。为深入研究仰采角对顶煤放出的影响,采用PFC2D仿真分析技术建立了综采分析模型,模拟了不同仰采角下顶煤的放出情况。模拟结果表明,随着仰采角的增大,放煤时分界面最大下降点逐渐偏离中心线,顶煤形态趋向瘦长。In the field of coal mining,the effective mining of thick coal seam resources is very important to the development of the industry.Among them,the fully mechanized mining technology for thick coal seam is highly favored because it can achieve safe and efficient mining.In the process of fully mechanized mining,the setting of upward mining angle is affected by many factors such as coal seam occurrence conditions,mining equipment,and so on,which has a significant effect on the distribution,force state and caving effect of top coal.In order to deeply study the influence of upward mining angle on top coal caving,a fully mechanized mining analysis model is built by using PFC2D simulation analysis technology,and the caving of top coal under different upward mining angles is simulated.The simulation results show that with the increase of the upward mining angle,the maximum falling point of the interface gradually deviates from the center line during coal caving,and the shape of the top coal tends to be slender.
